Andrea Mount
Associate Regional Vice President

Andrea Mount joined the Institute for Professional Development in August 2000 as an Enrollment Manager at Ohio Dominican University in Columbus, Ohio. In 2002, Andrea joined the IPD training committee, providing enrollment training to our employees nationwide. She was later promoted to Contract Director in 2007.

In September 2009 Andrea transitioned to IPD's largest client, Indiana Wesleyan University. She has held the position of Vice President/Director of Enrollment up until her recent promotion in September 2011 to Associate Regional Vice President. Andrea's passion is deeply rooted in the training and professional development of her team. The collaborative nature of the IWU partnership, and the tenacity of IPD's accounting and enrollment teams allowed IWU to achieve a record ending enrollment in 2010. Andrea was nominated by her peers and was awarded the IPD Annual Achievement Award in 2010.

Before her employment at IPD, Andrea held positions in the sales and service industry in account management, branch management and regional management. Andrea completed a dual bachelor's degree in political science and sociology, and minored in anthropology at Canisius College in Buffalo, New York.
