IPD Announces New Partner Institution: Warner Pacific College

IPD has signed a new contract with Warner Pacific College in Portland, OR. The joint venture will begin with operations in Portland with plans to expand into other areas of Oregon in the future. The adult program will initially offer an Associate of Arts in Organizational Dynamics, as well as associate's and bachelor's degrees in both business and human development. Planning is currently underway to add master's level programs in the near future.
The partnership was made possible through the outstanding leadership of Guy Adams, Executive Vice President; Ed Whitehead, Executive Director of the Extended Study and Degree Completion Programs; Dr. John Hawthorne, Vice President of Academic Affairs; and Dr. Jay Barber, President. Warner Pacific College is an urban Christian liberal arts college dedicated to providing students from diverse backgrounds an education that prepares them for the spiritual, moral, social, vocational, and technological challenges of the 21st century. Warner Pacific has long been known in the state of Oregon as a leader in adult education, and the success of the college's Bachelor of Science in Human Development degree made the partnership very attractive for both parties.
Thanks also to Hope International University and Southern Wesleyan University who helped make the partnership possible. IPD is very pleased to be working with Warner Pacific and embarking on its first venture into the Northwest. IPD's operations will be headed up by David Rose, Regional Vice President, who is currently recruiting for management and staff. IPD is excited and honored to have the opportunity to assist in changing the lives of adult students and their families in the state of Oregon.
