New ED Regulations Take Effect July 2011

The U.S. Department of Education (ED) has issued new regulations that are effective July 1, 2011. These regulations have the potential to affect both the adult and traditional programs at higher education institutions. The Institute for Professional Development (IPD) is providing this information to all partner presidents, vice presidents, program deans, financial aid and student services personnel so they are aware of the coming changes. More information will become available to IPD partners as July approaches.
