  • E-learning — IPD offers consultation to those institutions wishing to move individual courses and/or entire degree programs into an online delivery. In strategic sessions with the college leaders, IPD discusses ways partner institutions can provide services to students at a distance, from financial aid to resources for instruction. IPD also provides a timeline of action items and a breakdown of responsibilities for the partner institutions.
  • Attrition Analyses — IPD provides targeted retention strategies for individual partner institutions.
  • Community College and Corporate Articulation Agreements — IPD provides guidance and assistance in developing community college and corporate articulation agreements as well as ongoing follow-ups, servicing, training, relationship building, and development.
  • New Program Designs — The designs are based on mutual goals and the market research provided by IPD.
  • Student Attrition Analysis and Retention Strategy Consultation — IPD identifies strategies for retention that can be implemented readily to improve adult student retention, including data analysis, review of processes and policies, program design, and other factors.
