Maintaining regular contact with new students during their first few courses can have a very positive impact on student retention. As part of its commitment to quality and service, IPD provides a student retention service for partner institutions. IPD works closely with the college, whereby a team of professionals contacts new students at scheduled intervals in the program. This team identifies any issues or concerns and refers the students to the institutional liaison for resolution. All call data are tracked, enabling the call center to generate reports related to the students' concerns. The call center tracks the student's status, monitors results, and reports on trends.
